CAD INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN DESIGN
Analysis feasibility new machinery and/or facilities with estimated costs of realization and drawing layouts
Fundamental step to verify the complexity and the actual construction and cost of each project, be it a machine or installation more or less complex, is the analysis of feasibility. In this phase are analyzed all the possible problems of realization and estimates of development time. This type of service may be limited to a first preliminary phase where, looking out to the customer, analyzes the demands and created a lay-out (2D or 3D) to be submitted during the finally negotiations, or to follow this with a second more detailed analysis of each machine of the planning industry.

Mechanical CAD Design 2D and 3D
If the analysis of the feasibility has already been implemented, the next step should not be underestimated is the mechanical design in combination with the electrical engineering and software management. There are many ways to get a result but it is still rightly called the most convenient and functional.
The skills, preparation and resources available to the our staff, make that the objective sought to be maintained. The choice of the progress of the design phase with 2D or 3D CAD, is analyzed and evaluated with the score not only on the basis of its own standard, but also for the complexity and completeness information request.

Development drawings and finally construction tables and plans
The 3D Service can provide a full service development plans according to standards UNI, EN, ANSI, DIN norms. The drawings can then be made and entered interactively managed by PDM and PLM systems. This service can be the continuation of the phases described above, or the result of a survey on machinery modify/supplement made on our office or at the customer site. The same conduct may also be performed by our staff by the customer site, estimating time and costs.

Creating 3D libraries, management PDM and PLM Designs
In order to exploit increasing its CAD system and consequently make more productive the technical department throughout the planning stage, it is essential to have in their registry records technicians, as many articles as possible, possibly complete all the information (property) so as to reduce time and errors of development. The 3D Service is able to offer this service, then supplementing it with the implementations on PDM and PLM systems, and through its sister company can provide 3D Project development costs also halved compared to standard reference values.

Processing historical archives, and/or 2D, in 3D models (if only 2D) with customized properties
As with the creation of libraries, including the digitization of old records increases the productivity and quality of design process. We can offer complete packages budgeted according to the type or dimension, offering the same features described in the previous paragraph.

Structural and dimensional verification, FEM
In the design phase a few times it becomes necessary to make a more specific and detailed provisions for certain items, groups or machines/structures complete. The 3D Service is able to make checks on finite element (FEM) and structural checks, giving then any report of calculation also signed by qualified engineers.
